Honourable Citizens of Neocron,

A year has passed. Traditionally this is the time when many of us think about the past and make good resolutions for the year ahead. Our honorable leader Lion Reeza is no different.

During the last couple of days Lion Reeza and myself have analyzed all events of the last year, we worked through statistics, scenarios and projections and we questioned dozens of experts.
