NEOCORE is glad that CityAdmin is doing everything it can to solve the food shortage. While their efforts are focused on rebuilding the factory and organizing the rations, we would like to try a different approach. Protopharm has been experimenting with Floral Growth Enhancers that accelerate plant-growth and increase the crop.

The predictions of our reconnaissance forces proved to be right. Last night fanatic mutants lead their so far biggest attack against the industry-area of NC. The mutant group has been frequently attacking NC and the DOY, but up to now they were killed before they could do any harm. This time, however, they managed to break into a food-factory, to steal some of the machinery there and then blow the rest up.

In the last couple of weeks spiteful citizens of this city have been spreading out bad reproaches against CityAdmin. They allege that CityAdmin is planning a hostile take-over of NC Hovercab and NC Subway, using the revenues from the war-taxes that were raised against Biotech, Diamond Real Estate and Protopharm.
THIS OUTRAGEOUS ACCUSATION IS TREACHERY!
Only a sick mind with no spark of loyalty towards the NC-Alliance could come up with such an idea. In reality CityAdmin plans to peacefully take over those businesses, for the benefit of the city and using its own funds.
